The B2B meetings between 40 Italian companies and around ten Argentine counterparts from the Vaca Muerta energy cluster, one of the leading global hubs for Energy / Oil & Gas, began in Milan on 26 May.
The initiative is promoted by Promos Italia, within the framework of the Enterprise Europe Network activities. The B2B meetings were organised in Milan and Ravenna in collaboration with the OMC Med Energy Conference & Exhibition, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Argentine Republic, the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi, the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna, and Assorisorse.
Following the first stage in Milan, the meetings continued in Ravenna on 28 May, with further operational discussions and company technical visits taking place on 29 May.
The aim is to foster new industrial, commercial and technological collaborations between Italy and Argentina, supporting companies in developing concrete opportunities in a strategic market for the Energy / Oil & Gas sector.
As part of the Italy–Argentina Action Plan 2025–2030, the project highlights Italian expertise in engineering and EPC, HSE services, industrial technologies, plant engineering, subcontracting and components. This initiative helps strengthen relations between the respective production chains, with particular attention to sustainability, energy efficiency and operational safety.
