On 29 October 2026 in Milan, the 5th edition of the Arab Italian Business Forum - Annual Meeting will take place at Assolombarda’s headquarters (Palazzo Gio Ponti). This flagship initiative, promoted by the Joint Italian Arab Chamber of Commerce, aims to foster economic and industrial dialogue between Italy and the Arab countries.
The event will bring together institutional representatives, government delegations and businesses, providing a valuable platform to explore opportunities for collaboration, access new markets and develop strategic partnerships. This year, particular attention will be given to Egypt and Oman, the guest countries, with a focus on opportunities for cooperation and investment across the region.
The programme will address some of the key drivers of economic and technological development, including infrastructure and logistics, sustainable water resource management, artificial intelligence and innovation, and conventional and Islamic finance, as well as updates on the Mattei Plan.
The Forum is held under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT), the Lombardy Region, the Italian Trade Agency and Unioncamere, and in collaboration with the League of Arab States, the Union of Arab Chambers, UNIDO-ITPO, Assolombarda and Promos Italia.
