A Patent Information Point (PIP) of the European PIP & PATLIB Network is active at the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara-Ravenna, providing support in industrial property matters. For companies in these provinces, the service is also part of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) activities.

   Guidance and initial indications on strategies to protect intangible assets.
   The service is free of charge and available exclusively to companies located in the provinces of Ferrara and Ravenna.

2. Preliminary Prior-Art Searches
   Checks on trademarks, patents and models through national, European and international databases.
   The service is fee-based and reserved for companies in Ferrara and Ravenna: €60 + VAT.
3. Training and Information Events
   Webinars and seminars on industrial property rights, organised upon request of the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara-Ravenna.
   Economic conditions are defined via quotation; the service is reserved for companies in Ferrara and Ravenna.
4. Collaboration with Industrial Property Experts
   Within other Promos Italia services (such as Infoexport, individual assistance or training activities), industrial property experts may be involved.
   Costs vary depending on the specific service in which experts are engaged. The activity is open to all companies participating in those services.

The results of preliminary searches provided by the PIP service must not be considered complete or exhaustive; further verification by certified industrial property consultants or legal professionals may be required.
