From 2 September 2026, businesses can apply for the “Export Su Misura 2026 – European and Neighbouring Markets” programme, covering the following target markets: Denmark, France, Morocco, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, Spain and Türkiye.

Eligible businesses
The programme is open to SMEs with an operating base in Lombardy that are looking to develop or strengthen their presence in international markets.
Programme activities and services
The programme offers a structured internationalisation pathway comprising the following stages.
1) Technical online training courses
Reserved for businesses selected to take part in the business missions, these courses are designed to strengthen practical expertise in:
- customs procedures and regulatory barriers;
- legal and contractual matters;
- international logistics and payments;
- practical case studies and applicable solutions.
2) Tailored internationalisation plan
Participating businesses will receive a tailored action plan, based on market data and company information, covering:
- characteristics of the target market;
- suitability of the product or service;
- market-entry barriers;
- distribution channels and business opportunities.
A practical tool to support informed strategic decision-making.
3) Overseas business missions
The missions will take place between April and June 2027 in the following markets:
- Morocco – Casablanca | 27–29 April 2027
- Türkiye – Istanbul | 4–6 May 2027
- Poland – Warsaw | 11–13 May 2027
- Romania – Bucharest | 18–20 May 2027
- Spain – Barcelona | 25–27 May 2027
- United Kingdom – London | 8–10 June 2027
- Denmark – Copenhagen | 15–17 June 2027
- France – Paris | 22–24 June 2027
Services included
- tailored searches for potential business partners;
- identification and selection of prospective business contacts;
- a structured B2B programme, with 4–6 qualified meetings per business;
- logistical and organisational support.
4) Post-mission follow-up
Following the missions, participating businesses will receive dedicated follow-up support aimed at turning initial meetings into concrete business opportunities.
Businesses will also be able to choose from additional services, including:
- advice on contracts, marketing, logistics and intellectual property;
- mapping of relevant marketplaces in the target country;
- identification and analysis of public tenders;
- support with the shipment of product samples.

There is a single application window, open from 2 September 2026 at 11:00 until 9 October 2026 at 16:00, for both EU and non-EU pathways.
Each business may submit one application only, selecting up to two Country Pathways, in order of preference.

In addition, training and information sessions will be organised in preparation for the call for applications. These introductory Three-hour sessions will cover the economic landscape, key sectors, geopolitical dynamics, and the cultural and business practices of the target markets.
