The Varese Chamber of Commerce has joined Promos Italia, the National Agency of the Chamber System for Business Internationalisation. The move will provide new export services and business opportunities in international markets.

Thanks to the Varese Chamber of Commerce joining Promos Italia – the National Agency of the Chamber System for Business Internationalisation – companies based in Varese will be able to access new services aimed at developing, strengthening and consolidating their presence in foreign markets.
Established in 2019, Promos Italia’s mission is to prepare new potential exporters for international markets and expand the international business activities of companies already operating abroad. These objectives are pursued by providing Italian SMEs with a wide range of internationalisation support services, as well as access to a network of buyers from around the world. In 2025, Promos Italia delivered nearly 12,000 services to Italian companies, with activities involving more than 20 foreign markets.
In particular, companies from Varese and the surrounding province will benefit from specialist market information services, export training, personalised assistance on funding opportunities, calls for proposals and tenders, B2B meetings in Italy and abroad with selected operators, and solutions to support digital development in international markets. Promos Italia also provides support to foreign operators interested in investing in Italy, working in synergy with ICE, SACE-SIMEST, Invitalia and regional authorities.
The Varese Chamber of Commerce’s membership represents a further step in strengthening the tools available to an economic system with a strong international focus. The Varese area, characterised by a solid manufacturing tradition, specialised production chains and a significant presence in global markets, recorded export value of €14 billion in 2025, confirming its position among Italy’s most dynamic areas in terms of competitiveness and international openness.
