Giovanni Da Pozzo
Giovanni Da Pozzo

President

Since July 2018, he has served as President of Promos Italia.

An entrepreneur in the clothing sector, he is President of the Pordenone-Udine Chamber of Commerce, Confcommercio Imprese per l’Italia - Udine, Confcommercio Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Chamber Credit and Finance Consortium, and Fin.Promo.Ter. Since 2015, he has also served as Vice President of Assoconfidi Italia.

Giovanni Rossi

Director General

Since September 2024, he has held the position of Director General of Promos Italia.

He has extensive experience in the banking sector, having held positions at ING Italy as Head of Business Banking Development, at CheBanca!, where he managed the national distribution network, and at Intesa Sanpaolo, where he played a key role in revitalising the networks acquired through M&A operations.

At Promos Italia, he leads initiatives aimed at supporting SMEs’ exports, attracting foreign investment, and developing the MICE tourism sector.

Klaus Algieri
Klaus Algieri

Board Member

Klaus Algieri is an Italian entrepreneur in the automotive sales sector for multiple generations.

He has long been active in the insurance, real estate, agricultural, tourism, and private construction sectors. He holds a degree in Business Management.

He currently serves as President of Confcommercio Cosenza and Confcommercio Calabria, as well as President of the Cosenza Chamber of Commerce, Unioncamere Calabria, and Si.Camera (Rome).

Alvise Biffi
Alvise Biffi

Board Member

Entrepreneur and business angel since 1999, mainly in the Digital and Cyber Security sectors.

He is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Secure Network Srl and Banksealer Srl, both part of the BVTECH SpA Group, as well as President and co-founder of FutureNext Srl and Ecole.

He serves as a Board Member of the Milan Monza Brianza Lodi Chamber of Commerce, and since June 2025 has also held the position of President of Assolombarda, while being actively involved in several other business associations.

In 2011, he received the Ambrogino d’Oro civic merit award for his contribution to promoting an entrepreneurial culture and for initiatives supporting economic and social development—particularly among young people—during his tenure as President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Assolombarda.

Paola Noli
Paola Noli

Board Member

Entrepreneur since 1990 in the printing sector and founder of HOT Press Srl, operating since 2002 in label and packaging production.

Graduated in Political Science, she has held numerous positions within CNA Genoa, of which she has been President since 2017, as well as in companies affiliated with the association. Since 2021, she has also served as National Vice President of CNA Impresa Donna.

A Board Member of the Genoa Chamber of Commerce since 2010, she has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2021. On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, she holds positions in several companies within the chamber system and in external organisations.

Claudia Prati
Claudia Prati

Board Member

Since 2015, she has held various roles in Confcommercio Modena and Emilia Romagna, including Provincial President of Terziario Donna, Regional Vice President of Terziario Donna, and Vice President of Confcommercio Modena.

She is also Deputy Vice President of Ascom Servizi Modena and a CIF Board Member of the Modena Chamber of Commerce.

An entrepreneur in the industrial sector, she is a partner in HELLIS sas and has over 25 years of experience as a sales agent in the industrial field. Founded in 1977, HELLIS operates in the wholesale trade of electronic components and industrial services.
